"Namaste" is a Sanskrit term that means 'mutual respect', or, what makes us human is the humanity we show each other.
More than an expression - akin to 'Aloha', which can be used to say 'goodbye' or 'hello' - it’s a worldview that sees humanity as a web of family rather than a mass of individuals.
When you relate in this way, you feel connected, energized and have a sense of abundance.
So the next person you meet: touch your palms in front of your heart, and with sincere intent, wish them "Namaste!"
Om Peace!
